Success Stories
Give Back Life Project – Set up and successfully executed the largest PET plastic recycling effort in Sri Lanka. This project involved Coca-Cola Sri Lanka & India, Manisha (Pvt.) Ltd, the Central Environmental Authority, International recyclers and other local authorities.
Horton Estate Wines – Established business Consult Us for this Australian based company to export low, mid-range and premium wines to China. SPH Holdings, LLC – Promoted several avenues for import and export between this US based company and Sri Lanka. The markets explored included King Coconut water, Ceylon Tea & value added products, organic Virgin coconut oil, Rubber products and Spices. The Human Resource Management Institute of Sri Lanka – Introduced and spearheaded the accreditation of the institute with the University of London’s International Programme, enabling HRMI to conduct internationally recognized courses in Sri Lanka. Taprobane Seafood (Pvt) Ltd. – Promoted business opportunities between this Sri Lankan company and one of Japan’s largest conglomerates for the export of prawns, crabs, tuna and other seafood products. About the Founder Mr. Lakshan Madurasinghe’s academic background is in Management, Diplomacy & International Relations, Human Resource Management & Development, Psychology and Economics having graduated from LSE & The University of London International Programmes. He initially started is career in the banking industry, at American Express, Sri Lanka. He then went on to head and later consulted for the Human Resource Development/ CSR/ PR and Communications for Coca-Cola Sri Lanka for a period of 4 years having gained invaluable training and experience in the US, South Africa, India and the Maldives. His areas of expertise are construction, recycling, real estate and provision of poverty housing. He presently serves on the board of directors and acts as Vice-President of Habitat for Humanity Sri Lanka having worked for HFHSL for almost a decade, following the 2004 Tsunami. At heart he is a visionary business and management consultant and a dynamic entrepreneur with a passion for seeing development and progress in post-war Sri Lanka’s former conflict areas. |
